Jason Yanity

     Pearl Street is an acoustic cover duo founded in 2006 by Joel Thornton and Dan Ochsner of Dayton, OH. After several years, Dan had relocated to St. Louis and Joel had multiple fill-ins until Jason Yanity stepped in around 2010. Since then, Joel and Jason have become a regular act seen at many venues around the Dayton area.

     Pearl Street has an incredibly diverse repetoire that continually grows. With Joel on lead vocals and rhythm guitar, and Jason carrying the lead and backing vocals, Pearl Street has a very well recieved reputation and never disappoints.
