With an ever changing lineup and a never ending setlist, you never know what you are going to get with Pearl Street. Founded in 2006 by Joel Thornton and Dan Ochsner, Pearl Street has grown to be one of the most successful acoustic cover acts in the Dayton area. Playing everything from the 60s to today, they have the ability to touch on every era in every genre without missing a beat. After Dan Ochsner relocated to St. Louis, Pearl Street remained alive with a revolving lineup to accompany Joel into the future. You never know who will show up to play with Thornton, and what they might bring to the table. Like Dayton's own Guided By Voices, the band has become bigger than the people in it. With past performers being some of Dayton's best, it has been a long and fabulous road. Artists such as Dan Ochsner, Carmen Clouse, Darren Noble, Justin Tana, Jason Yanity, and Wes Matthews, Pearl Street has been very lucky and thankful to have the run they have had. And they look forward to the future!!!
